My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace from this company. A few months later, the clasp broke while I was wearing it and fell off sometime throughout the day. It is now no where to be found. After contacting customer support, they require a photo of the broken necklace before they can provide a refund/replacement. Obviously this is not possible in my case.
