I texted asking for help getting my cat out of a tree at 9:00am, and he called me at 9:08 saying he’d get a guy to come out. The guy showed up an hour later, was very very sweet and gentle with my terrified cat, and now he’s home safe after being stuck in that tree for over two days. They are great, they get the job done and clean up great, Used them for years and wouldnt ever use anyone else, They rate at the very top
