Excellent service! Gave great instructions on how to use the hoyer lift, and they got everything set up smoothly and efficiently.
I was at Hub's (UMPC site/Williamsport Hospital). The Customer Service women at the front desk. Was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient, I didn't get he name however, she had red hair/bob wore glasses older and very kind. Thank you for your help. I truly appreciate great customer service which is rare these days. She surely is an asset to the Hub's business.
