Unprofessional due to very poor lack of communication! After multiple phone calls over a 7 hour period. I still never got a follow up. I value my time I could have taken my business elsewhere which Im sure we could have both agreed would have been best. But they never even followed up. No thanks im over it!

I called to see if they could check my brakes and change them if necessary. I went there as soon as I hung up the phone and left with new brake pads. Everyone was so nice.
