THE SERVICE DEPT IS HORRIBLE! THEY BLAME EVERYTHING ON THE SALES PEOPLE AND THE FINANCE PERSON!! I MADE MY APPT 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND NEEDED A LOANER VEHICLE. This review is strictly on the sales department. Not the quick lube and not the service department. I ordered a truck brand new from the factory. My salesperson Adam Couch and manager Eric Perez was great on getting the truck ordered exactly the way I wanted to. I was kept up-to-date on the status throughout the ordering process. The day finally came when the truck went into production and then the truck was delivered two weeks after production.
