We drive an hour away just to go here because we were told how good they were and they DID NOT disappoint!!! Devin Ruble went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got the vehicle we wanted. They didn't hand the exact one that she wanted, so they went and got it free of charge!! This was our first new car purchase and they/ he was extremely patient with us, as we had a thousand questions. If he didn't know the exact answer, he got it for us. Don’t know why I decided to buy a car on the same day that I had violent diarrhea, but these guys were unfazed by my uncontrolled bowel movements. Aside from the grace they gave me with the incessant bathroom trips, they offered a very fair price for my trade-in and even a free oil change. I fully expected an additional bill to follow once they saw what I did to the bathroom, but they even took care of that without charging me. Thanks a bunch guys.
Horrible!! Drove over an hour to come to this dealership. Ended up buying a new vehicle. The ac was having issues, so we had to leave the vehicle there to get serviced. They got the vehicle serviced the next morning and delivered it to me that afternoon. Upon receiving it we noticed that there were fried food crumbs in the front of the car and there were several deep scratches on the gear shift, that were not there the previous day and there were 863 miles added to the odometer since we signed the papers the previous day. Great experience!!! We travelled here 35 min from our hometown because we were looking for another dealership to call home. Our salesman, Devin was polite, professional and treated us like we were long time customers. We purchased an excellent used Wrangler and going into the deal knew there was one minor thing to fix. This is where it gets good…they not only kept the promise to repair the issue but when we were not completely satisfied with the result, they replaced it with a brand new part.
