They just want to waste your time
Cameron and Dan are great salesmen. They are always kind and remember their customers. The service side on the other hand are crooks! I used to take my car in and was taken care of; if I found a discrepancy about the handling of my car after my service, the service area made it right. Now? Before I left after my last oil change and tire rotation I found several of my lugnuts broken or loose (I thought they were caps until an honest person in service and further research said the covers and lugnuts are one piece).
