I purchased a car from Hubler Acura in June 2024 and took my car in for its 10,000 mile complementary service today. It’s 14 months after the purchase date with only 9,600 miles. We work from home so low mileage on that vehicle is somewhat expected. Expecting my 1 free service I was notified upon finish that my free service expired 1 year after purchase. Quoted close to $700 for an AC recharge. 3-4 hours labor. Local shop did it for $150, in and out in 40 minutes. I would expect to pay more at a dealership, but this is ridiculous. They have really priced themselves out most if not all service in the future.
Got quoted $11 for a part and $99 for installation by a most unpleasant young parts guy. Not only was the part cheaper at another Acura, but the lovely parts guy installed it for me in 5 minutes at no cost. Seems like Hubler Acura is cheating folks. Lost my business.
