I recently visited this clinic for a herbal decoction service, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The dosage of the herbs was clearly incorrect — the final product was extremely watery and lacked any of the color, smell, or taste that normally comes from properly prepared Chinese medicine. This suggests a serious issue with either the preparation process or the way the herbs were measured. When I reached out to express my concerns, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

I spent years looking for aid for my mental health conditions. Dr. Chow help me start my road to Recovery. With my sanity partially restored, maybe I’ll be able to fully be involved in my kids lives again.

This place is so disorganized, you have to make appointments out n to top it off they bump me from my appointment n have shown up to refuse me at the door
