I'm mad! Huber's Villas Apartments , privately owned by the Huber family , located in Lancaster . I have never, not gotten a rental security deposit back and these people send out a letter like this . So I called and replied I had been complaining about the rusted floor vents for 2 years they decided not to charge me for that(how nice). But charged me for a dead smoke detector that I threw out and called them about the same day ..they never replaced it ,but now that I left they wanna charge me $56 .
