I am disappointed with the results of my window cleaning by Huber. The two men and administrative staff were respectful and some windows were well done. Many of the windows lacked the sills being attended to, between the screens and on the outside which was part of the agreement. I will probably try a different company, next time. Update: Huber returned today and addressed all my issues. The windows are sparkling ! I would change my rating to 5 stars based on the work done today. They did a great job! Great price!
We had some particularly difficult windows to clean - hard water spots staining the exterior. I warned Huber before they came (which was important to the happy ending) but they didn't quite get them sparkling as they usually do. I called the office and soon a "trouble shooter" was dispatched who was quick, accommodating and solved the problem 100%. No muss, fuss, no bother - or additional charge. I have used Huber for many years and they do a very good job.
