Unlike the other reviewer, I had absolutely fantastic work from this company. They came in on my schedule, not theirs, completed the work before schedule and worked with the other contractors extremely well. Great work, clear explanations on the system, quality control, and they cleaned up after themselves the best I have ever experienced from a contractor. The quality of products and service was outstanding and they answered any and all questions we had. Very pleased with this company.
This company needs to learn customer service skills. I understand that these types of companies get busy and backed up. When they do, though, they should call there customers up and let them know. I hired them to install some sprinklers. They said we will be there this date. My family went out of town, but I stayed back because Huber was coming to do the sprinklers. They never showed up and never called. I left numerous messages. Finally I ended up hiring another company that was actually cheaper and started within two days.... read more
