Paul was very professional and helpful as my husband and I bought our first house together. He was courteous in assisting us with everything from scheduling inspections to providing recommendations for a contractor and engineer to make our move as painless as possible. He's continued to check up on us after close to make sure everything is going well and to provide any other aid we might require. If we were to do the process over, we would absolutely choose Paul to represent us again.

I just closed on a condo near NSCU and Paul Huber was the agent. Paul is terrific to work with, open with his advice and flexible time. Not a "t" went uncrossed or a "i" undotted. The smoothest purchase and closing I've ever had. Highly recommended as a buyer or seller agent.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Paul for the last 11 years when he helped me buy my first house in Cary. When it came time to sell that house, Paul was the only realtor I called. He made great recommendations on what I needed to do to sell the house at the sales price goal, and the result? It went under contract within 24 hours of it hitting the ILS! I highly recommend Paul if you want your house sold quickly at a great sales price!
