Contracted through Lowes and owner and employee were both amazing! We had 1/2 acre backyard fenced in and they showed up on time and stayed very late into the night to complete the job in under 2 days! Never a complaint or frustration even when the power went out (not by them) for over 3 hours. Fence looks amazing and is so well built with 2 gates. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
I had a Lowes fence installed a few months ago And had to call because of all the issues. I learned the company that installed the fence no longer worked with Lowes. (No surprise) They now use Huber Home Improvements. I worked with Jermaine who was professional, polite and dependable. He worked so hard to fix all the issues I had and even noticed things I did not. I would most definitely recommend Jermaine and Huber Home Improvement.
Terrible experience. Lowes subcontracted them to install our fence. The young man was so rude on the phone he had my wife in tears. Then he refused to apologize, and didn't show up to do the install. Not recommended. I would put negative stars if possible.
