Purchased a home in Oct 2011 that had its roof replaced by Huber Home Improvement in late 2003/early 2004. Seller's disclosure indicated they had roof problems that had been repaired a few times by Specialty Roofing, but didn't indicate why they didn't resolve with Huber instead. Now I know!
