I spoke with Kari about many concerns with this hospital. She took the time to explain to me about how they operated and seemed to genuinely care about my fur Baby. I gave a 3 star rating only because of her. If not it would definitely be just 1. We will see how things go for and after my pups surgery. She kept a client with multiple animals by being knowledgeable and polite.
I have taken both my sienor chihuahua in and my rescue pup for check up, shots, and heart worm prevention and had a great experience both times.
