Called Brian to request his services for a storage unit clean out and he responded immediately and took care of disposing of contents right away at a very reasonable price. Can't thank Brian enough for his 'I got this' professional attitude and leaving the place very clean and ready to rent out.
Great work ethic!
Communicated by phone call and text about window replacements. Provided address per request and communication falls flat, both occasions. If its location issue i understand; be honest but i dont appreciate being dragged on for +6months
Bought a house in 2025, paid him to replace all the smoke alarms. One night, alarms went off and firefighters came. Two of the alarms were manufactured in 2010! He claimed he bought all the alarms at Lowe’s! Apparently he didn’t change all of them! Same time paid him to replace some boards of a stair, took the money and did not get it done and claimed they’re functional. Very dishonest person!
Jonny on the spot! Hands down a Blessing! Very professional, educated and thorough! Will definitely call again for any home repair needs!
