Spenser and the tech worked tirelessly to try to figure out an elusive problem with my car. I cannot express my gratitude for all the help they gave me. The dealership worked to address all of my concerns.
They neglected to share that the vehicle I was interested in has been in an accident; I had to buy a carfax for this information. Frequent issues with the tires wearing down on one side, etc. Jeff went straight to talking dollars, before he would even let me test drive. Wouldn't allow me to have it inspected unless we agreed on a price first, but wouldn't even negotiate with me. I would not trust this dealership. Very disappointed with my experience.
