I had my appointment set up for today. I would assume they would have set the car aside and told all staff its on hold until further notice. They knew I was interested and I was probably going to buy it, then I'd get a email 2 hours before my appointment stating they sold it out from under me. I'll never do business with this company ever again. Your communication between employees sucks your departments suck. I was working with a bunch of different people and depts, you should have known this car was off the lot.
I am withholding positive comments of until see how things workout with our 2020 Traverse. We've now have had warranty work done at 24,455 miles, work on the left front axle shaft, the oil seal was replaced and recently, at 31,719 miles, the torque converter housing gasket was found to be leaking and was replaced. We are highly concerned about future repair needs and costs as a result of these repairs. We have bought many vehicles from Woodhouse, and have serviced them at Chevy Omaha. The service department has absolutely went to hell. This will be my last vehicle serviced with this place - Ever. Have had multiple issues at this location and today was the last straw. Sat 1 and 40 minutes waiting for an oil change, in which they never started, but had the text confirming they were starting it! And then, all Chase could do is smile and laugh!
