If you're looking for a new car with issues and sales people who are dishonest, that provide no customer service than this is your place. I bought a new 2026 Chevy Trailblazer from this lot and have had nothing but issues through the whole process and the issues still continue. Then to top it off when I asked for their corporate number, they wrote down an address on a sticky note and gave it to me, without a phone number. Very dissatisfied with my experience there.

When I walked in for my appointment to see Rustin at Woodhouse Chevrolet, I knew I wanted a 2026 Equinox. I had checked out 2 of the 3 models with other dealers, the RS and Activ, so I asked Rustin to show me an LT. He did and I took it for a test drive. This service center is capable and technically sound. The work that they do on my vehicle is reliable. The clerk at the payment desk was especially helpful. However. 1. Communication seems lacking. I left specific instructions for the work that I requested, yet still received two phone calls asking for the same information that I had already given. 2. Service requests do not imply any desire for sales information. I was, again, contacted twice with sales requests before they honored my preference.
