Bought a 2019 *** on a trade. We had agreed on a price and had given them 2 checks because we were paying cash. The salesman left the room with our checks to get the rest of the paper work. After about 10 minutes he returned saying that they had made a mistake and we owed another $660. We were taken back by the fact, we though the deal was done. Mr. **** was originally in our store on September 30th 2022. We worked a deal with him on a 2019 XT5 with 31k miles. Mr. **** left that day and did not purchase the vehicle from us. We were at a $18,000.00 trade difference when he left that day. One month later, our Salesman called Mr. **** and informed him that we had another 2019 XT5 available for sale with 10k less miles.
