So I been giving this local shop my business for ten years. Everyone always said good things and I always recommended them. I have a tire that has been out of balance not due to them but I been through 3 replacements and on the third one was still not balanced properly because it’s a bad tire. I simply asked them for a invoice stating that so I can do another warranty claim. I drove all the way from delray to get the invoice and they said they needed to ride in it.
