The company's values seemed to align with providing help in times of need. However, my dealings with Chad and Kerri Hubbs revealed a different story. When their 4 Highland bulls got loose and obstructed the road, the company delayed filing an insurance claim for two weeks. This timeframe could have allowed them to fix their fencing and obtain evidence to deny responsibility. It's troubling that the state of Ohio is apparently backing the company's actions. PLEASE READ THE FULL STORY: First, I want to state that the technician, Victor, who came out initially is an amazing person and this does NOT reflect on him in the slightest. I originally had a glowing recommendation for this company due to Victor, that has since changed. Story time…I have a warranty with 2-10, from buying our new home. I did not pick the warranty provider, sellers did. Today our tech was Heath. He was very professional and explained everything to us. He was very respectful of our home. We have always used Hubbs for all our heating and cooling needs. The techs are professional and friendly, prices have always been fair. Thanks for another great service.

Service was great, Heath was very informative on what went wrong, what they are going to do to fix the issue. Showed me everything thru his camera scope! Very pleased..few days later when part arrived he came back, installed it around an hour! Thanks again!
