Today we discovered a restaurant you must try. In the summer of 1986 I spent two months in Israel doing excavation work at Sippori and museum research at the Rockerfellar. During these weeks I developed a taste for the excellent humus and falafel served in Jerusalem and Nazareth. Great food, fantastic service, and Georgie asked us to try his latest creation- an amazing dessert I hope makes it to the regular menu!!
Tried this place for the first time today. What a treat for the tastebuds. We ordered a hummus bowl with falafel and a side of mazel tots but ended up with two small lentil bowls and some heavenly walnut pastry pockets courtesy of the owner (he was such a pleasure to chat with and made us feel so welcome). Everything was fresh and packed with flavor. The staff was friendly too. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. Definitely going to recommend Hubbly Bubbly
