They were highly recommended by a store in town. Unfortunately they were not helpful at all. If you are looking for a real estate that responds to your emails, text messages, or phone messages Hubbell is NOT the one for you. I contacted them numerous times and they did not respond. Find another real estate company. Very very disappointing.

I bought my home in Cherry Valley through Hubbell’s Real Estate and sold it eight years later using them. Ron was a wonderful agent, helping me throughout the process as buyer and later as seller. Both transactions were smooth and easy. Great job!

Although my property did sell through Hubbell's, it was probably the easiest commission they ever made. The "for sale" sign was never adjusted to show either "under contract" or "pending", and even though it has closed, it still is on the property as "for sale". They showed it to exactly one couple, who did buy it. Although the salesman talked about having an open house for other realtors, that never happened. Hubbell's Real Estate sold a seasonal rental house for me and I am extremely pleased with the process and results. JoAnn's knowledge of the local market and sales comps set a listing price that I thought was significantly greater than I had been expecting. Kelly was the agent that showed the house most often and kept in contact with me such that I felt well represented. I thank them for a sale well done.
