I bought my townhome thinking I paid an hoa for irrigation! They only irrigate the homes that are for sale! Make them nice and green, then when they sell them they are done watering! My irrigation has been on once this summer!!! What a joke! Pictures of my dead yard and a house that just sold!!
Terrible HOA management. They take forever to answer emails and they don't follow the covenants and provide the services listed in the covenants. Don't buy into a community that is run by these people, you'll regret it.
Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible property management company, avoid living in any property run by this company. They don't care about my community and the local person who administers the HOA, but doesn't live here, isn't listening to the concerns about the residents.
Hubbell Community Management's team has worked endlessly in an effort to support the needs of the communities they serve! As a contractor, we appreciate Hubbell's demand for excellence and their commitment to building lasting relationships!
Terrible "management" of our HOA. They don't respond promptly. They don't address the issues at hand. They don't enforce any of the covenants, and don't do regular walk-thrus of the community to look for violations (saw 24 violations last night on a walk). They don't go with quality snow removal or mowers, grass gets torn up; they go with the lowest quote but they don't pass those savings onto the HOA.
