Went on the Friendly Fisherman for a 10 hour trip today and it was fantastic! Captain Frank and crew were absolutely wonderful and so very helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
Went on a 39hr trip for the last season of red snapper and got some great red and grouper with some mangrove. It was a little slow at the beginning but it picked up later and I believe everyone caught a fish. Total experience was great some hiccups such as some live well did not work and pin fish died on the way. Another thing is you have to come prepared since there are lots of people in this trip so it is hard for the crew to keep up with taking hooks out, tangles etc... but overall the fish you will catch will compensate ... read more
Great experience! I had a great 39hr trip! Great crew members, food was good. I caught plenty of fish. I even won the jack pot. 15.2 lb. scamp grouper. Awesome time. Can’t wait to go again! Thank Hubbards Marina!
I've been fishing with Hubbard's for over 15 years now. I fish mostly the overnighters but also fish 10 and 12hr trips. Dillon and his captains are very professional and put you on the fish.

I would definitely recommend the sunset dolphin cruise. It was the best time. Great staff, music, scenery, and Free beer. My husband and I gone the last 2 years, and will definitely go again. The staff is outstanding making everyone feel welcomed and they are very informative.
I do an annual trip for my employees every year. This year we did the 12 hour extreme on the flying hub 2. All the way from the set up of the trip , Dylan Hubbard coming in at 0430 to open up the shop incase we needed anything to Capt. Anthony doing what he does best keeping us on the bite. Rich the mate and new friend telling stories keeping everyones spirits up!! Then there was a full cooler of fish. What an amazing company. We took the ferry to Shell Key out of Fort DeSoto. The trip was interactive, and simply delightful. They stopped along the way and let us watch the dolphins! They really went above and beyond. I can't say enough about good things. I felt like I was cruising the waters with family because of their hospitality. 10 out 10 would recommend on every level from price to customer service.
Our tour was phenomenal and the guides were so entertaining!
