I've lived here for 7 years. I love living here it's a great place to live. I'm 65 and the managers are wonderful. I'm home. I'm happy here.
One of my family members used to live in building 194 before the fire that started. landlord (or manager) is VERY nosey. They gossip about every other tenant they can gossip about. Extremely unprofessional about the fire situation as well!! I am extremely happy my family got away from this apartment because of how unprofessional the staff (or whoever it is) is. I don't recommend this apartment complex at all. My prayers go out to the other tenants that still do not have a place to live.
Your treated like a kid. The manager is always in your business she tells everyone els your business one time she had my stimulus check and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving it to me its mines and why did you have it in the first place. And I'm not the only persons check she had. If you say anything in response you get hung up on your not allowed to respond to anything at all what she says goes or you will be hung up on and won't be able to come to office or she won't answer your calls. Really last night it rained I heard a dripping. I checked to see what it was. It was the loudest in my bedroom. So I checked my windows and it was my bedroom window facing the parking lot. Dripping water from the top of the window inside of my apartment. I called the emergency number three times and apartment manager and no answer or call back. I would like to get my window fixed before it rains again this week. Please and thank you
Nice place but customer service is a 3 on a 1-10 ratio very unprofessional great far as communication but for the most part my experience was bad
