I used this company on 2 occasions for plumbing issues. The second time, the bathroom sink was left dripping. I discovered this on a Friday, but couldn’t get on the schedule till Monday. When Monday came, they couldn’t keep my appointment. Finally after 5 days I got my issue fixed that they created😠
This company is only interested in lining their wallet. We had them do a freeze line replacement this past summer spent over a thousand dollars. (Wallet lining) left old parts all over the barn plumber came with no parts running back and forth to the hardware store. So now we had our first freeze and guess what happened (Freeze line froze up no water to the barn or horses) Called them Friday day after thanksgiving only leave a message no one to take the call. Miss diagnosed issue wanted $565.00 labor to replace a board plug and play. Board cost $75.00. Took me 10 minutes to install. When restart unit same exact issue with unit. Paid $165.00 for tech. Was there for about 15 minutes. Company would not come back and re-diagnose issue. They wanted to charge me another $165.00. Contacted another HVAC company. They found bad high low switch. Also rechecked board found no issue with board.
We’ve used Hubbard several times for electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues in our Lexington home. The service technicians have always been extremely polite and respectful. They have arrived exactly on time (or early!) after calling first. How refreshing after having dealt with a million flaky service people!! Art and his team did a great job with my electrical need. His electrician showed up on time, full explained the process and gave me options for a same day fix. 90 minutes later I had the hook up I needed to enjoy my new stove! They're also experts in plumbing and HVAC! I'll definitely be using them again.
