I sent my mother there for a respite stay. I went to see her on the 5th day and she was in the same clothing I sent her in. She had not been bathed or clothing changed. Clean clothes I sent with her were in the drawer of her room. Her lunch was on the bed table untouched and cold. She did not have her dentures in and couldn't have ate it if she were in able to feed herself. My sister went to visit her the next day and witnessed the same thing. RecommendedMy family and I are so grateful for everyone at Hubbard House for the excellent care they gave to my grandma Mildred Miller. I want to say thank you to Dr Calloway, her nurses Kathy and Sandy for all that they did to keep Grandma comfortable and so well taken care of. My family and I were only there for about 12 hours with my mom. But we’re so thankful for this place. My moms nurses not only took care of her, they took care of us as well. They were so genuine and kind. We’ll be forever grateful for the compassion they showed my mom as well as us. I want to think her night nurses name was Rebecca/Becky. And her morning nurse was Heather. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my mother Delilah Raines.

Me and my brother would like to thank Hospice house for all they did to make my dad comfortable throughout his last days here on earth. They have a excellent staff, answered all of our questions, didn't have no issues. Very professional and Christian setting no matter your situation may be. If you ever have to put a sick in a nursing home I recommend this place.

They have made my fathers last days comfortable and given me the support to make it through the end of his life- I can’t begin to explain all the small graces they provide.
The sfaff at Hubbard Hospice House is very caring group of people. During the last 3 days of my sister's stay, they took very care of her and they also made sure that us (the family) was care for as well. They were angels sent.
