Really cool retro diner with an awesome menu, great food, & to-die-for bakery! Their pies look awesome.
Food was good, however, service was lacking & quite slow. Had to ask for water, check, etc.
Nice, cozy good food, pleasant wait staff. The pie is excellent
My husband and I love eating here. The food is so good and the portions are large so we end up having to take some home and make an extra trip just for the pie. There are a lot of vegetarian options for me and my husband can find plenty of entrees with meat for himself. Be it for breakfast or lunch or dinner we try to get here at least once a week.

In Madison for a mini vacation, stopped to eat one day... Was so good had to eat it one more time before heading home. Busy place but the staff is very attentive and service is amazing. Food is excellent. Best breakfast food I have had in a long time. I will be back for sure.

Wonderful restaurant Food is excellent morning noon or night. The bakery is out of this world. We will drive 50 miles out of our way to eat there.
I have enjoyed every visit in the months I have been in Madison, WI. Originating from New Jersey, the diner capital of the world, I know diner food and this is excellent diner food! The staff is kind, attentive, professional, and knowledgable. I now have a new assignment in another state. I will miss the atmosphere, the people and of course the food. If I get to come back to Madison I will be back!
