Hubbards staff has always been helpful and pleasant to work with. We have bought 2 vehicles from them and have had a great experience from time of purchase to any service or warranty ( paint and dent and wheel and tire warranty bought at time of purchase) work needed done.
Very disappointed with the sales department! My intention was to purchase a truck and spend my money locally as I am a local business owner. Applied online, received a call the following day and was told to re-apply because their online system for GM Financial can cause issues. Was told the truck was available by Ron in sales, and once I was approved a few hours later, I wanted to sign paperwork and pick up the truck same day. Super Friendly Staff!
The experience was somewhat unprofessional. I went in for an alignment, a recall, and to check if anything else was wrong with the car after the accident. They were confused as to how to deal with my insurance service claim when I used a separate body shop from them. The ladies seemed nice save the billing department, very dour was she. We asked them to fix the passive entry lock on the insurance claim and they told us to take it back to the body shop.
