Picked H50H over five other places. My decision was due to the location, views and amenities. The leasing office (Toni) is very responsible and friendly. The building is very secure and the front desk staff are kind. On move in day, they gave us one more tour of the place, we loaded our carts in the loading dock area and were able to use the large elevator exclusively. Everyone has been very helpful. We finished the day with Mike's Pastry - located in the Hub Hall :)
My husband and I are new residents at Hub50House and have had such a wonderful experience working with Chantal, the Director of Resident Experience, and Toni, the Sales and Marketing Associate. From the first day, they have been incredibly responsive, proactive, and approachable, making our entire move-in process seamless and stress-free. We have felt so well taken care of and right at home from the moment we arrived!
I like this apartment; first of all, it’s very safe, and it’s also conveniently located near various shops, supermarkets, and the subway. Life here is extremely convenient. Moreover, the staff at the apartment are very friendly and patient; the facilities are excellent, and there are also many activities and events organized on-site.I’m very pleased to be able to live here for a long time.
Amazing place to live. How can you say no to living next to the TD Garden and have the most amazing free cold brew coffee on tap
1. Too loud with drumming going on you cant sleep add police/ ambulance sirens all night and day 2. Freezer has leaked since I moved in and they havent fixed it with multiple maintenance calls 3. Homeless people defecating, smoking and shooting up all day and night laid right outside the side door with nothing being done about it 4. Closing rooftop at 11 is ridiculous during summer, nothing in Boston is open late even your own home 5.
