This place is terrible. There was over a 30 minute wait and they had an open area that seats 20 people that they left closed and didn’t seat anyone in until after we had been waiting over 30 minutes. The food is decent at best. The service was mediocre. It took forever to get our food. Our waitress didn’t offer refills. Only another waiter gave us coffee refills. I had a very poor experience with the service. After requesting to change the mandatory fee they charged me, the waitress ripped out the receipt from me and stormed off angrily. The food was mediocre at best. Sad that I won’t be coming back. I typically never write reviews but my poor experience has to be shared with others to consider.

Hands down best eggs Benedict in the salt lake area.
i ordered the tuna melt with fries, first of all the food was out literally one minute after i ordered , the tuna mixture was flavorless the cheese was not melted and the bread was only slightly toasted and the fries were limp and greasy. the restaurant is supposed to be a modern twist on the american diner , there is nothing remotely diner like in this restaurant.
I came for lunch with some friends recently and we all loved Hub & Spoke! I had a really hard time deciding as I wanted to try everything. I will definitely be coming back!

No thank you. This food was tasteless, room temperature and the service, slow. Meatloaf and fried chicken was over cooked and gravy barely warm. Disappointing.
