Agreed! This place is a scam! They offered you a low price for the rental and charge you a lot in toll fees and insurance. They force you to adopt their transponder and the car was subpar. Stay away from them!

This place is a scam. We reserved a vehicle months in advance. When we went to check in they refused to rent the car to us unless we purchased additional insurance. They also wanted to charge $25/day or $25 per toll instead of the actual toll charges we would incur, which would be very few. The building was an old run down warehouse that was very dirty and suspicious and the attendant was a complete jerk. Do NOT rent a car from this company.

I recently had a terrible experience with Hub car rental agency. First off, you will encounter hidden fees that they conveniently forget to mention until you're at the counter. Not only that, but their requirement of $300k liability coverage is absurd and nearly impossible for most people to meet. And guess what? They'll gladly offer you overpriced insurance instead of $39 per day in our case. Pior experiência que eu tive com aluguel de carro , fui cobrado duas vezes o valor do aluguel e mesmo assim não resolveram meu problema. Minha sugestão é nunca alugue com a Hub pq vc irá ter uma péssima experiência.
