The day we got our keys we walking into the unit that was flooded and had holes in the ceiling. Clearly no one did a walk through in the unit before we letting us know the unit was ready. Not even 1 star, I relocated from NV to AZ I took pictures of ALL the damages which ranged from water damages, to holes in walls,doors, damaged screens (window & door) leaks and bathroom over floods. Received an eviction notice on the 1st!!! They don't accept partial payments, nor accept any assistance from rental agencies. This company is the worse and I haven't been with them a full month yet.
