Horrible management. Charged us ridiculous move out fees including a couch repair fee (it was broken BEFORE we moved in and immediately reported to them) with no chance to debate charges. Also, our hot tub that we paid $100/month extra for was only functional one day of the entire year after their repair man broke it.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this place. We had maintenance issues that were documented all year regarding our hot tub and we were ignored. From day 1 we let management know and were always given the run around. We had a front door that wouldn't lock which created a major safety concern. Lastly, the management will do everything they can to squeeze every penny out of you by fining you once you move out for no reason and threaten to send you to collections. This is a nice facility, but like another recent reviewer, the current management seems incompetent and deceitful. Like the other reviewer, my friend had signed a lease and paid to move into a unit, but upon arrival, the management did not have the unit ready without any forewarning and tried to move them into a lesser unit with no consideration either financially adjusting for the lesser unit, or to offer another equivalent option. We signed a lease on Monday July 6th. It was approved. They gave us all the move in info and the payment schedule for the rent. Today we received an email that our lease was being canceled because the person who was moving out decided to stay. This is so shady. They never said that this was even a possibility.
