I would strongly advise anyone — especially students — to think twice before signing anything with The Hub East Lansing. My friend’s experience has been a complete mess from start to finish. I will be telling their story for them. First, I signed a contract and secured a garage parking spot, only to be called the next day and told they were giving it to someone else. Great location and amenities
When I first signed my lease at The Hub I was warned. The higher price tag made me assume I was getting a better living experience. There were certainly a few perks that initially drew me in, a decent gym, a pool, and being right next to campus. Those were the highlights. Unfortunately there are some downsides.
