Close to campus but aside from that not worth it. Some of the amenities are obsolete for most of the year(the rooftop). Gym equipments down. Elevator down. Tight and limited parking

I've lived at the Hub for four years, I've lived in a 2 bedroom on the 10th floor, a murphy on 9, and a murphy on 10. Most my qualms with the Hub have to do with prior existing issues with the building and corporate. Overall I think the Hub is a great higher-end option compared to the other apartments in the area, but there are some caveats to take into consideration if you plan on moving here.
