Based on experience at another campus, I highly recommend you avoid renting here!! Very shoddy. Lots of unexpected charges. Dirty. Moldy. Ick!!
Room is NOT what was advertised and when we brought this to HUB management, they were only prepared to offer gift cards and would place curtains in place of doors. :-( Shared room space is not equal, closet was pushed so far that ceiling fan cannot be used. Garbage piled up in hallways all Labor Day weekend and took several calls/emails to get it finally resolved on Tuesday. Shame on the HUB for their bate and switch tactics. Apartment is not what was promised and work orders to correct issues sent in 10 days ago have not been acknowledged. Very very disappointing. Now told that room will not be able to be completed in the way it was supposed to be and expected to accept this. Totally unacceptable.
My daughter couldn’t figure out why her toilet didn’t work…really!?!? There is garbage EVERYWHERE and the units aren’t finished. Soooo disappointing!
The Hub is not what was promised to students and parents at all. My son walked into a filthy apartment with no closet doors, no promised closet organizers and no working air conditioning. Move in was a joke. It did not go smoothly at all. As of yesterday there still was no WiFi. Poor communication from the employees at the hub. I have emailed Travis several times and he has not responded.
rooms are not what they promised. do not believe the hype that their staff is putting out. great marketing but no delivery
