My experience with this company has been consistently terrible! For almost 3 years I have endured a number of frustrating and disappointing communications and issues steeped in more than simply a lack of professionalism. What I have encountered has been more along the lines of a lack of knowledge about what professionalism is and why it is important for all parties to demonstrate it in any business relationship.
