South-land was my provided for over a decade and I assume my recent experience may be contributed to the merger. I did originally leave a different review expressing a particular situation which lead me to leaving HUB. I hope in time management will correct any mistakes and focus on customer satisfaction.

I called to discuss my policy. Placed on hold a couple of times. Finally when I got to talk with a representative, she was rude, arrogant and totally unhelpful. None of my questions were answered directly. She even denied to connect me to her manager. If you like being insulted, lied to and price gouged, do business with them.
