Hub international purchased the Scarborough company some years back. The Scarborough company was known for customer care and fantastic service. I was with Scarborough for over 30 years and never had one complaint. When hub international took over the entire organization took a downward turn. I see why only a 3.7. I see another has called with insurance questions but received no call back. I've called and left messages and emails twice today.. i finally received a brisk email after several hours. Person told me they'd call tomorrow because, they were, "very busy today". Very unprofessional person, very poor customer service! Ive had insurance through this company for many years and this js indicative of their service. Always a hard time talking to a person. Phone service is awful. Tried over and over. No answer. I like the staff.

No one ever answered the phone. I had a question about my insurance. No one called me back either.
