This review is directed towards Iowa sports and Hub Management. Over the past few months, the amenities and package situation has gotten ridiculous. More often than not I have to wait 1-3 days for a package to be scanned in AFTER it was delivered. The package room employees are working as fast as they can but clearly are understaffed during their shifts. The employees are wonderful. I’ve lived at The Hub for 5 years, and it has truly felt like home. The management team is attentive, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are taken care of. Any maintenance requests I’ve had over the years were handled quickly and professionally, which really gave me peace of mind. Kudos to Zay, Anthony amongst others who make life easy here.
