We own our home. We do not rent. So, we are not tenants of Hub City Rentals. However, we have called to explain the damage to our property inflicted by the neighbor's dogs. They are Hub City Renters. We have gone out of our way to explain to this tenant that her animals are causing severe damage to our fence. This situation is a high priority. And so far, this company does not care. We leased from Hub City Rentals. Vanessa was our property manager. We have been waiting for 75 days to receive our deposit return. They refuse to provide us with any details of the charges the have for move out. They refuse to tell us the amount of deposit that will be returned. Shady as you know what! We did pay $1500 deposit. We had the house professionally cleaned and the yard was mowed when we left. Of course, we never expected to get our full deposit back. When looking for a house we were left with many showings scheduled and the realtors not showing or not ever hearing back from anyone through other agencies. I called Hub City rentals and talked to Brody Crawford who was able to set up a showing that day and the rest of the process was fast and efficient. He answered all questions and calls and it really helped us out. Thank you.
