These people have been the sweetest most accommodating group and we are so incredibly happy and lucky to associate with them. They truly listen and take the time to hear our needs! They are also very easy to reach and are so timely with responses! No notes they are truly one of a kind.
Hub City Management has been a great property management company in Albany to work with. From when we first reached out to them to actually moving in and living in one of their rentals, it's been a great experience overall. The staff is very responsive and easy to get in contact with and they've made our stay a very pleasant one. I stand corrected by my of pervious review and have a positive conversation by this company and have no complaints
Inconsistency enforced their own rules and regulations as well as city codes . Evasive what asked for direct answers to questions for example rational for new regulation over and above city municipal codes and their rational for new ruling. Will not give rational only say refer to the portal.
We've used HUB City for our 48 unit community. They have generally been very responsive and helpful!
