Was looking for a mini detail for my truck and lunch. Had a great lunch while waiting for my truck to be cleaned and detailed. Extremely happy with the price, food and job that was done. Truck looks like new inside and out and I walked out full as well.

I have had my truck washed/detailed a few times and never was the service very good. But for the $20 Groupon it was worth it having to remind the staff to clean what they missed. Most recently, though, they broke the mirror on my truck and refused to fix it. After several conversations with management and the owner, Michelle, they are claiming that their staff "is trained properly and would never break anything". I purchased a combination car wash and meal in June. No mention was made anywhere that the meal is only good for one month. I went back for my meal in July and was told that my meal deal was "Way out of date." The manager acknowledged that it was their error in that they failed to mention or print anywhere that the meal deal expires. The manager tried to cut me a deal by offering a meal at a 50% discount, and then questioned my word when I said that they should cover the meal since this was their error. Winshield Repair Had windshield crack filled and was assured and given verbal guarantee crack would not travel any further across windshield . Crack did travel we went back to get a refund and were given the run around. These people do not stand behind their work would not recommend using their windshield crack repair service.

I had a coupon so I thought I'd give them a try. The concept of the place rather intrigued me. Did a C- job. And I thought it was overpriced.

Reverse Steer Clear Not sure how to delete my previous review. The Hub Car Wash and myself have resolved my previous issue. The jeep seat was repaired by them. I kindly thank them for the repair and the follow ups with me since. Thank you Michelle!

Update 4/22/11 - the owner and I have reached a agreement and the seat in the jeep will be repaired. I appreciate the gesture. Took my jeep liberty in on Saturday 4/16/11 for a wash and detail. When the jeep was done and I was summoned to my vehicle I got in to see how well they had done only to find that they had punctured a large hole in to the back of my passenger seat. I made the claim to the manager and he said that he did not know how they would have done that. Talked with the owner this morning 4/18/11 and she said it... read more

Steer Clear – Update 4/22/11 - The owner and I have reached a agreement and the seat in my jeep will be repaired. I appreciate the gesture. On 4/16/11 I took my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to be washed and detailed. When the jeep was done and returned to me I found that they had punctured a very large hole in to the passenger seat.
