I live on a street that is narrow in places. Once I was met with a delivery truck headed my way and I pulled off the black top (no curbs and gutters). Bam, I hit just past a culvert into a hole previously hidden from my view and blew a tire. Turns out the tire AND the rim were trashed. Hub Cap Annie provided another tire and repaired the rim. Two years later and both are still in service and rolling happily along. That is great work!
I went in to try to either get my rim repaired or buy all new rims for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was told that the person whom could take the tire off to even look at it wouldn’t be there for an hour. The woman who was working there had no other customers but was “too busy” to even leave the desk to find out if she could help me with my problem.
