Newer student housing complex- located well within Bloomington/ IU Campus
Absolutely not worth the price at all. The building shakes violently more than 5 times a day causing things to break and fall like an earthquake. This has been constantly annoying during my entire year here. It seems like corners were cut with just about everything. Electricity is messed up in bedrooms, furniture is cheap quality, and even though everything was 100% new at move in, just about everything has broken.
