Recently moved out after two years here. The location is extremely convenient and units are nice. However, management is extremely predatory and is eager to take advantage of students whom they know are only residents for a short term and probably don’t have the time or legal team to defend themselves from the complex’s greedy and questionable overreaches. I've lived at Hub Atlanta and have genuinely liked most of my experience here - the front desk and general staff have always been kind and helpful. I'm leaving this review to flag a real problem with leasing communication that I think deserves attention. I submitted a formal renewal request through the resident portal on June 29th. tldr: maintenance doesn't do anything even if the issue makes the place uninhabitable, they will also literally mark your requests as resolved without visiting the unit at all. highly recommend looking at kinetic instead, i've heard good things about them. this is my third year here, and while the first two were mostly okay (aside from random extra fees tacked onto each month's rent) this year has been awful. when i moved in, the ac blasted freezing air nonstop with no way to turn it off. it took a full week for maintenance ... read more
