Originally, my friends and I were planning to live here. So glad it didn't work out. Campus Edge has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Management and maintenance are a complete joke — unresponsive, careless, and impossible to rely on. When I moved in, my toilet didn’t work for five full days — which made the apartment barely livable. Since then, the list of problems only grew: our refrigerator freezes food solid (milk and eggs included), the TV randomly shuts off because of a faulty circuit, the kitchen outlets don’t work properly, and the electricity in my bedroom still cut out regularly no ma... read more
Was charged $25 for some trash my roommates left. The management is predatory even though the people that work there are nice, after all American campus communities is a very large landlord that is greedy and doesn’t have the students interests in mind. Avoid these guys if you can
Location is great but if you expect to receive an apartment in good working order, look elsewhere. Since August, the toilet has broken twice (took over three days to fix first time), the kitchen sink hasn't stopped leaking after multiple work orders and alleged repairs, and the elevators seem to always be down.
