reception真的态度很差。我只是想打电话询问一下能否预约一个时间去拔智齿，作为一个前台而不是医生，她问我你觉得你的智齿需要拔吗？不需要拔的话我打电话来干嘛？你在和她的沟通中，她常常在自言自语把客户晾在一边，并且在电话中有长达15秒的沉默你也不知道她在干嘛。还要我主动问，有没有时间预约过来。更过分的是，她直接说amazon的保险真的超级无敌差，不知道我们为什么用amazon的保险。真的是无语！我自己的保险我自己不知道吗？难道要为了在你家看牙换个工作吗？全程感觉你欠她钱在求她一样，果断放弃了这家诊所，打给另外一家前台小姐姐，沟通过程简直如沐春风，高下立现～这家以后再也不会来了。
I had a portion of an old bridge chip off. Dr Wu was able to repair it in an hour visit on short notice. The repaired front tooth looks great - color, and shape.
Have my dental care service here, great job, definitely deserve my recommendation!!
