Dr. Vu is the worst provider I have ever known. He compared the pain I felt with a traumatic pneumothorax to his wife’s elective surgery of breast augmentation. He was cold, rude, uncaring and acted as if I interrupted his day by having an injury that warranted an ER visit. He treated me as if I wasn’t good enough to be In his presence. His bedside manner gets a zero. His thoroughness gets a zero.
