Dr. Nguyen, DO, does not visit this office regularly, if at all. You almost certainly will not see the doctor. If you push the point, they may eventually admit that they don't really have a doctor. Basically, they just use his name to pretend to be a doctor's office. The manager is a phony who will seem pleasant at first; later, when you need something like a referral properly completed, he will act like you're being unreasonable. I would stay away.
I would definitely not recommend
Do not use this pathetic excuse for a dr. I have many serious health issues and they never call in medication that has to have authorizations. I need a lot of referrals. I called to let them know my rheumatologist needed a authorization code for me to get infusions. He yelled and used a nasty voice to tell me "I don't have to do anything for you!" Stay away. They do not care about patients. Also lied once and said they don't have an appointment for me after I received a text reminder for that date.
I scheduled an appointment yesterday online for today and received an email confirming it. I came to my appointment and the front desk claim they never received it. Below is a screenshot of the email I received. This is not the first time I've experienced this. I would appreciate the office staff at front be a little more organized and honest since they are in charge of scheduling. This is the 2nd time I write this review. My 1st review, somehow, disappeared. They must have ggl erased it for them I will keep writing if ggl keeps erase it. First of all, there is no such of Huan Nguyen DO. I've never seen him or her or them like the picture on their website.
